REALTOR®A well-known industry veteran with 28 years of luxury sales experience in South Florida real estate. In 2023 he shared with his business partner a record-breaking sale of a condo in Miami. He has produced over 800 million in Sales in his career thus far. He speaks fluent French, conversational Spanish, and Lingala (Congo).
In 2017, Stephan and his business partner, made history with the first Bitcoin wallet-to-wallet residential real estate transaction in the USA. In 2018, he broke the record for the sale of a single-family home for $19,750,000 in Coconut Grove.
Throughout his career, Stephan has garnered recognition from the “Who’s Who of Residential Real Estate” and also a member of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an elite group of South Florida’s top residential real estate brokers. He has won the Better Beach Real Estate Awards’ “Most Innovative Method of Marketing” by the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.
An industry thought leader, Stephan has written articles for the Miami Herald and Featured in The Real Deal, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Vice, Curb, Miami Agent, and Real Estate Agent. Stephan grew up among the wine vineyards in Bordeaux, France. He also lived in the Congo before moving to Miami in his teenage years. After College, he modeled professionally and was involved in the Emmy Award-winning “Miami Vice” television series as a stand-in actor. To maintain and strengthen relationships with clients in New York City, The Hamptons, Los Angeles, Chicago, Rome, Monaco, Paris, London, and Brussels, he often flies to his clients’ city of preference in order to earn their business, while they benefit from Stephan’s local expertise in the real estate market.
For Stephan, a 42-year Miami Resident, “the biggest change in Miami has been the people and the diversity of cultures. Miami is not a city, it’s a country in my opinion.” For him, Miami’s weather and direct connection to US and international cities is what’s driving desirability and demand to live in South Florida.
